Monthly Complimentary 3D Areola Tattoo Program


Each month, Blush & Bashful Aesthetics offers one complimentary 3D areola tattoo service to a breast cancer survivor. This service is performed on the first Wednesday of each month and is our way of giving back to a community that inspires us daily.


Due to the nature of this program, one recipient is selected per month. Submission of this form does not guarantee selection.


Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be fully healed from surgery

  • Must not be actively undergoing chemotherapy or radiation

  • Must be available for an in-person appointment on the first Wednesday of the month at 3pm


Final eligibility will be confirmed during consultation.

What Happens Next

Submissions are reviewed monthly. Selected clients will be contacted by the 15th of the month to schedule the upcoming first Wednesday appointment.


If you are not selected, your information will be saved and you will be eligible for the next month(s) selection.
